Shipping Policy

Encore Chocolates strives for 100% customer satisfaction. However, please be aware of the following and contact us if you have any questions:

1. In warm weather, orders needing ice pack placed on Thursday,  Friday or Saturday may not ship until Monday or Tuesday to avoid stalled transit over the weekend.

2. Products will not be shipped until full payment is received and we have the right to cancel orders if payments cannot be collected.

3.  Each order will be shipped to a single destination.  Purchases intended for multiple destinations must be entered as separate orders.

4. Customers have the right to cancel provided the product has not been shipped or delivered.

5. A non refundable deposit for special orders may be required and customers are responsible for any costs incurred prior to cancellation.

6. Encore Chocolates will replace products found to be defective in manufacture if returned within 30 days of purchase but we are not responsible for product damage or spoilage during transit, shipping or storage. 

7. Products are not guaranteed to be nut free since products containing nuts are manufactured in the same facility.

Return & Exchange Policy

Under current public health conditions, returns are not accepted except as follows:

Encore Chocolates will replace products found to be defective in manufacture if returned within 30 days of purchase but we are not responsible for product damage or spoilage during transit, shipping or storage.
